Welcome to AXTES™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services, including RESPONX and IQ by AXTES (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Services to send spam, unsolicited communications, or violate Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
Our IQ by AXTES platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate responses and automate workflows. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect or unintended outputs. You are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving any automated communications before they are sent to end-users. AXTES is not liable for damages caused by AI hallucinations or automated errors.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The Services, including the AXTES™ brand, software, and UI, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain all rights to the data and content you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe violates applicable law or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
